Our mission
The Liberia Institute of Statistics and Geo-Information Services( LISGIS) was established by the statistical Act of 2004, its mission is to perform the follwing among others:
Collect, process and custodian of statistical and spatial data,
Analyse and dissemination of statistical and spatial data,
Coordinate training programmes for statistical personel in the national Statistical system(NSS),
Coordinate, harmonize and Standardize of statistical methodologies as well as validation of data produced in the NSS,
Monitoring and evaluation of the PRS and the MDGs impact, etc.
